  • The importance of Hope, Personal Responsibility, Education, Self Advocacy and Support in recovery
  • Addressing medical issues and medication management
  • The importance of taking preventative action early
  • Wellness Recovery Action Planning - a brief overview including crisis planning*

WRAP is complementary to all treatment modalities and is readily adaptable to any service population, e.g. adults with mental health and/or substance use challenges, for jail diversion, adolescents, or people struggling with the aftermath of trauma, including those who are veterans/military. WRAP can also be beneficial in areas such as job readiness and employment, senior living, strengthening relationships and more…
